Doubles Plus Five Four in a Row

Materials Needed:

2 different colored counters

1 6 sided die

1. Student rolls the die

2. Student doubles the number on the die and then adds five to that number. For example, if a student rolls a 4, 4 doubled is 8 and 8 + 5 = 13 so the studentwould put a counter on the number 13.

3. If there is a number for the answer on the board, student decides where to place his counter. If there is no space available, it is the other players turn.

4. Play continues until one player gets 4 squares in a row.
