Beginning Sound Picture Match Game B
Directions for Playing the Game
1. Print off cards onto cardstock. Cut apart, laminate and cut apart again.
2. Place cards in rows on table or playing surface.
3. Player one turns over two cards. To get a match, the player must have a picture representation and the same letter that the picture begins with. For example, the player turns over the picture of a book and the letter B. This is a match because book starts with the B sound. If they have a match, they take the two cards from the playing surface and take another turn. If they don’t have a match, they turn the cards over in the same spot and the next player takes a turn.
4. This game is great for centers as it does not require much instruction from the adult in charge.

6. This game is intended for 2 to 4 players
