End of Summer Ocean Waves Curly Bracket Border Write And Draw Writing Prompt

Have a child’s mind and creativity flow like the ocean waves in the border and the curly bracket inner borders in blue, to write about their experiences and/or feelings about the summer!

They just need to fill out their name up top, the date and their grade on the bottom lines, and write their sentences on the solid and dash lines in the lower half, and then draw what they did or how they felt in the curly bracket ocean blue border box in the center, surrounded by the instructions text to the left and right.

The title is “End of Summer Word Flow Scribble”, with the sub title below it saying, “Wave your thoughts in”.

The directions on the left of “drawing box”:

• Write about what you did, or felt, this past summer, on the lines below.
• Please capitalize first letter in sentences. Use punctuation ., ?, or ! end marks.

Please note that the first letter in “Please” is green, indicating “go” green or start, and all end marks, the period (.), question mark (?), and exclamation point (!) are all in red, indicating stop sentence, as many 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade teachers use / implement in their teachings.

The directions on the right of “drawing box”:

• Then draw what you wrote about in the area to the left.
• Please let your feelings ebb (go out) and flow!

The borders are my take on the curly bracket 4 sided border concept, from my own curly bracket character from my own font, “Fabric Font”, available to buy, download, and install on your apps that change your fonts in my store – 110 characters, 94 keys on keyboard plus space, and 20 symbols. Use Photopea or download Inkscape for free, to make your own word art, text, graphic art using my Fabric Font, simulated lengths of fabric, draped and folded to form letters, numbers and other characters, created in 2000 for my Fabricated Frames business logo, expanded in 2013 for calendars, then cards and other crafts, and finally made into an otf or open typeface display font, that you can type with, and is editable.

Great for advanced 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd grade students for ELA. My retired teacher aide mother helped me design it, and says that it’s good for 2nd and 3rd graders.
